The new tenants chose to keep those appliances in place and I added an addendum in their lease that stated they were responsible for any costs associated with maintaining those appliances -- I continued to be responsible for the stove and refrigerator.  

It was a good indicator of how they treat people and provide service.

The refrigerator is all mine , I can leave my clothes on the floor where ever , I can run naked thru the house if I want .

Curious if this is potentially cheaper than using a known service.  

(It is taking 3 weeks just to get our recent note purchase transferred to our servicer, and another month of waiting after before we can even begin outreach)Foreclosure will most likely be the case which will result in a couple possible scenarios.1 MHP is purchased by another bidder at foreclosure auction. 

Should I just be calling companies in the area that provide the services I'd be using, as well as a mortgage broker, and get the quotes from them?
