The property is duplex, 2/1 units in the North Park neighborhood San Diego, CA.  

I'm paying over $1600 in North of Atlanta for a 4 bed 2 bath house and that is cheap. 

Hi All,Well about a year ago I posted on this forum about purchasing a vacation home in the Outerbanks, North Carolina to rent out in the summer months. 

Great deals are hard to come by in North Seattle and the nearby cities over the past year or so.

However, I still visit the property twice a year because I visit my family in North Fort Myers, twice a year.
