Flipper looking to network with South Jersey lenders

Hi,  my business partners and I have a fix and flip co in NJ. We recently have 2 purchase contracts accepted in the Sicklerville and Clayton areas. Me and my business partners are from Monmouth County (about 90 minutes north) so we are looking to network with contractors, wholesalers and private money lenders in the South Jersey Area.
