When it does crash, it usually happens when I try and click on a specific forum topic.  

I'm just a little confused because as a new agent the outline is door knock this many times a day, farm this many houses a day. isn't there a different outline for wanting to work with just investors like, go to this many seminars etc.

I've been listening tot he BiggerPocket podcasts on topics of becoming a better landlord and they've helped me tremendously so far in that category.

The topics looks like they would be great for someone starting out, and I'm also really looking for a chance to meet other investors, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with this class and if they can relate it here?
