I know some people (some are good friends of mine that I respect) teach this type of transaction, I personally feel it muddles the water, and is overcomplicated. 

In Alabama, individuals can represent themselves in court. 

Teaching takes up a lot of my regular hours so I've mostly been reading (and reading and reading) but it'd be nice to meet some people offline. 

As advised by other seasoned investors here, I would rather spend that much money on my first property (whatever niche you decide) and make some mistakes rather than someone holding my hand and teach me.

If the homes are all individually titled and being transferred you may also need a mobile home broker to assist with the transfer paperwork.  

Don't expect them to teach you because they don't know how either.

I mean be forewarned I don't do it and it is tougher than many people say from what i hear but there are a ton of resources here to teach you about it.

I’m joining BP because after listening to a majority of the podcasts and reading a few of the books recommended by the guests on the podcasts, I realized I’m missing out on surrounding myself with individuals in the real estate community and the wide array of knowledge BP provides.

As @David Semer said, the community is such a great source from the webinars, blogs, and podcasts to every BP individual and their help.
