Hello BP, my name is Casey Murray and I’m new to the site! First off, I’d like to thank Josh and Brandon for the amazing content they provide on each and every podcast which has contributed greatly to my knowledge on real estate (still have lots to learn). I live in San Diego, North Pacific Beach for those of you familiar with the area, and am deeply interested in multi-family and commercial investing as a buy and hold investor. I’m a CPA with experience in tax preparation for real estate investment partnerships and am currently a property controller for a commercial real estate property management company specializing in the health care industry. My goal in real estate is to amass several multi-family properties ranging from duplexes to apartment complexes and hopefully commercial properties but also to share my vision and goals with other like minded investors. I’m joining BP because after listening to a majority of the podcasts and reading a few of the books recommended by the guests on the podcasts, I realized I’m missing out on surrounding myself with individuals in the real estate community and the wide array of knowledge BP provides. Aside from the unbelievable wealth real estate can provide, real estate is also an industry focused on relationships; hence, why I’m joining the one and only BP. Sorry for the long post, this second cup of coffee has kicked in. See you around on the site!
