MLS IMHO is the best and most reliable source.

If it looks like the outgoing tenant will hold over, then we apprise the incoming tenant of this and negotiate a solution that will work for them.

Finding reliable contractors when you can oversee them is hard.

You didn't put them in that's situation, but you will provide them with a solution.

With that said, challenges of course remain, and innovative solutions will have to be applied to ensure that the cost of complying with the regulations does not out weight the benefits of even trying.If I hear anything more, will def check back into this thread and update accordingly.
