Comps!

Greetings!

I am in the process of putting together a wholesale deal. I usually have a few agents I can rely on to gather comps to help find the ARV of a property but the response time is much too long for me. I want to be able to get a general sense of value for the properties I am evaluating. Does anyone have any advice on what strategies you use to grab quality comps pretty fast without having to hire someone?

Get licensed.... That way you won't have to worry about getting cool with any Realtors. And you can list and submit offers on your own.
