I've not given much attention to the MLS because it's feeding frenzy.

If I had someone like a wholesaler feed me properties I can fund, flip and profit all day long.  

Thanks everyone for the feed back after reading @Mark Holencik  post I don't think its worth the headache, most them are in the east side of Baltimore while habitable the type of tenants and the area has are not desirable since I mange my properties myself, I don't want to deal with possible confrontation when it comes down to collecting rent.

@Brian Volland They're going to try to sell you their REI "Training" after the property tour and they feed you lunch!

Currently living in London, I'm interested in investing out of state particularly in France (just scanned on the surface it seems to be a taboo subject here :) ).So I love force feeding my brain with books, blog posts and taking notes.Looking forward to do learn and do business with you :).
