Best book for finding properties to flip?

If anyone is paying attention to my post. I having the same problem as a lot of new investors. I have financing, now I can not for the life of me find a property that has enough meat on the bones to be a good investment. I really want a book that will almost give me step by step strategies to try. I have almost reach a point of thinking that you have to be in some kind of secret society to find the deals lol.

I would like to know what is the best book/books out there to help me get the ball rolling.
