Hello,I have a friend who just got out of the Air force and he is moving to the TN area in February 2019 to be closer to his little girl.

I also might put central air in.

My question(s) is/are...do we make it an Air B&B?

I am really up in the air about this and about 2 weeks away from completion.  

The house has central air and we just replaced the A/C unit last summer.
