Want to put a tiny house in Marthasville MO on sloped land

Looking to what to do next.  I have owned 0.25 acre in Marthasville, MO for 20 years and want to put tiny house Air B&B on it.  Sloped land - on top of water drainage lines.  Near Katy Trail biking trail.
