Looking for a SFH rental in the TN area

Hello,

I have a friend who just got out of the Air force and he is moving to the TN area in February 2019 to be closer to his little girl. Does anyone know of any realty agencies I can refer him to ? Or does anyone have a property in the TN area that will be vacant in February 2019?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
