My question is how do I keep all these properties organized.   

Hopefully I’m organized enough to show all my records if I ever get audited. 

There is also a meet up in Livermore on the 8th that is being organized by Jana Cain. 

These guys had the skills and organization to build entire homes, but the only thing preventing them from doing so was their inability to reach new customers.

I feel confident that I'm in the right direction.My question is how do I keep all these properties organized.

I spoke to a few friends, and they gave me the idea to ask another tenant, if they want a discount of maybe $200 a month to organize the trash and recyclables.  

(Disclaimer: you may need a separate bank if each property is in a different LLC)With that said - you likely want to keep the information organized somewhere whether it be excel or a bookkeeping software.If you are working with a CPA/accountant - ask him how he likes all the information. 

My background is generally computer skills, leadership, organization, optimization, and most recently, pretty much anything carpentry related. 

I just got my first tenants this week and now I'm trying to get my financial organization in place.

They are running a business that needs to turn a profit...they are not a homeowner favor granting organization.
