I'm brand new to Bigger Pockets and REI.

I'm brand new at this, with my first booking taking place as I type.  

The house literally right next door on the same street to the property is a brand new development and is a HUGE beautiful home.

Hi there, I am brand new to real estate and just recently became a member last week.

We have a condo in Atlantic City in an older building and they raised my fee 25% for the next 12 months due to water proofing the exterior brick. 10 years ago they built a brand new indoor pool and rasied HOA for 5 years and it DOUBLED my monthly fee.You are always at the mercy of HOA and their fees. 

The brokerage I chose though had training and partnership opportunities, many top agents I could learn from, as well as a more recognized brand that is very active in the local community on many levels.

The name brands that do NNN want complete control of every aspect.

I have also been working on my branding and such for the new company and researching all of the required documentation to start an LLC as I believe that is the entity I will go with. 

Brand new kitchen and baths, new paint throughout.

All the investors I know say they are good for branding and brand recognition, but not so much for actual leads.
