Buying Mfd/Mobile Homes as summer/Air BnB rentals?

I am looking at purchasing Mfd/Mobile homes in Jersey near coastal towns that have high tourism. The homes are ranging from 50k-150k. One of the problems I'm seeing in my research are the High HOA fees associated with many of the areas. Some as high as $750 per month because of proximity to Golf course and beach. What are some of your thoughts on this? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
