100% Commission brokers in RVA?

Greeting All! I'm about to put the rubber to the road and start on a journey into real estate. I know I'll need to invest in my success and at the same time balance this with using my start up capital wisely. Could anyone recommend a 100% commission broker in RVA that's taking on new real estate professionals? Any helpful direction / observations / insight is greatly appreciated.

@Herbert Sears Hello! I'm not from your area, but just wanted to pitch in and say you may want to consider brokerage options other than 100% commission brokers. I interviewed several agents from different brokerages when I started a couple of years ago, and rather than choosing one where I got a bigger cut of the commission split, I chose a different brokerage where I actually receive less. The brokerage I chose though had training and partnership opportunities, many top agents I could learn from, as well as a more recognized brand that is very active in the local community on many levels. This was just my decision, but I would just suggest to keep your mind open and interview agents from a few different brokerages before you just decide on the one that may let you keep more of your commission. Good luck with your new journey, and hit me up if you ever have a future client moving near Auburn, AL!
