I know that some people do it, but what a colossal waste of time and energy. 

My idea was going to be to add a partition wall to split the garage so each tenant had the own side as well as added privacy / protection.

Also, having a property manager may help to create some walls between you and the tenant who are already only separated from you by a wall.

There were times when maintenance was needed (new shower head, sliding closet doors, fresh paint from bags hitting walls, etc.), but we had a handy man who took care of all that for us.

The basement wall has crumbled on one side, the support posts have fallen off the porch and it is currently condemned due to structural damage.

This is not the master bedroom and is not even attached to a bathroom so I don't know what the intent behind the sink was when it was installed--seems like a waste of money to have a plumber run lines IMO.

Would I be wasting my time sending mail addressed to the LLC?

Everything sterile, pristine, even to the generic pictures on the walls, you couldn't go to a Goodwill and buy something real?

Lots of older buildings have loose bricks plus cracks in the wall.
