Direct Mail to Multifamily Property Owners

What data sources do you use to pull marketing lists to mail to multifamily property owners? I'd like to do postcards and letters that would go directly to the owners themselves. I have looked into property radar... and most properties simply list an LLC and a mailing address. Would I be wasting my time sending mail addressed to the LLC? Any other ideas?
