And don't remove or put her stuff out, or lock her out.. she has rights and this will cause you issues if you don't go thru the correct process.. she either agrees to leave on her own.. or court action.If she leaves and leaves stuff your still required to store it according to your state laws for that period of time..

@Chris McClain, Hello, near where we live on the Hillsborough River is a big complex behind the Home Depot store on Bush and Florida Ave.

Dollars and "sense" tells you already in make no sense.The day I go into a store and pay for an item, or service, with a "%", I will analyze my real estate investments using "%".  

@Shaun Weekes Not doubting you are a good guy or capable at what you do...in context, as a rule of thumb, I would never consider advising an individual learning the business to use a legal form you can purchase at a retail store...it opens liability and perpetuates apathy.In all fairness, I am not requesting that all your posts on BP are incredible...just this one.So, I stand by my position that it is never a good idea to use a pre-printed form you can by for $4.99 at an office supply store....until I am convinced otherwise.Cheers@Ashley Cast
