Investment opportunity?
Hello all, there is a 4224 sq ft plaza for sale in Ohio that I was interested in. The listing price is $350,000 and there are 3 units each 1408 sq ft. Two are rented out for 10 per sq ft and one vacant unit. I personally wanted to put a store into the vacant unit. I'm pretty new to commercial investing and I am just wondering if this is a good investment. It is a very nice brick building that doesn't look like much work. Any thoughts?
