Every 3-4 months I may replace the hard copy we keep at the home, but I've found that most guests will not read the home manual anyways :) The Doc also works well for my team who helps me with the communication side of my listings, as the answers to 98% of the questions guests typically ask are contained within it.

*chuckles*For that place, based on the photos (despite not seeing a lot of trees), if it's furnished with cookware I would leave a small container of maple syrup as well as a box of pancake mix (and perhaps a box of gluten-free pancake mix for nerds like me).
