So far BP has responded with two people, one who posts misinformation the average 7th grader could see through, and another who immediately jumps on the "I'm a realtor I'll help you liquidate your listings and get a fat check for no real effort with my 90 hours of training".

In addition to what @Rachel H. mentioned, each state has it's own Manufactured Housing Community Association who perform manager training on an ongoing basis. 

. - This building is also in an area that will have a newly completed public transit train within walking distance.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

One thing to consider is the type of training you are looking for.

Are there any train track or creeks near that place? 

I'm actually training to be an agent now.

@Maayan Cohen, I am also on the 50/50 train. 

Additionally, Warwick is a transportation hub with train station, airport, and centrally located, easy highway access.  

The only issue is the backyard backs up to train tracks.
