Hi. I am interested in mobile home investing in North Carolina. Currently l don’t have enough money to start investing. While l wait, l would like to gain some experience so that l know somewhat of what l am doing by the time l buy something. I’ve been looking at property managing a mobile home park as well as some other entry level jobs in the real estate field and have come up short. I am new to real estate investing and don’t have any connections. I feel stuck and not for sure what to do next. I’ve been looking at property management courses and can’t find anything. I feel stuck and would appreciate some guidance. Thank you.
