This is a great place to network and make new like-minded friends. how many staff do you have to manage 600 units?

It could be for a number of varying reasons that don't have anything to do with you; they may not have anyone on staff to underwrite them, the asset may not meet with their strategic goals, or something else. 

Most of them have an attorney on staff. 

I've listen to numerous podcast and have a number of the books written by the BP staff.

Really not trying to bad mouth them at all, I actually really like their staff and website, just asking if anyone has had dealings and what their feelings have been.
