Invest with Roofstock?

What are your thoughts on Roofstock? I have talked to some of their people (positive experience) but some of the properties that I have looked at seem overpriced even if I consider that they have renters in place. Not going to get specific but I saw a 4/1.5 for about 85k that was renting for a little over 950. When I did my research on the property and the surrounding area values (including the comps they sent me!) I couldn't see this house being worth more that 75-77k (Really being generous there too)without a renter. I don't think it is really fair to tack on a full year of rent to a SFR investment property. I will say that their numbers are good and they certainly aren't lying or anything like that. Really not trying to bad mouth them at all, I actually really like their staff and website, just asking if anyone has had dealings and what their feelings have been.
