I have my accountant working on the underwriting right now and he should be finished by this coming Wed but I still have some questions about setting this up, etc. 

People are leaving the state due to grossly over taxed counties like as Cook County as well as the states mismanagement.

When I started, we could get through 2-4 appraisals in a single day, start to finish (with a small amount of office support).

Hey everybody just finished my first BRRRR!!

Last month i had a serious talk with him that this project needs to be done by end February or i will change the locks and get someone else to finish this house cause we never signed a  contract.

Seller is saying that nothing is wrong with the roof, new electrical but it does need the wiring finished, new plumbing and cosmetic.

Hello all,I bought 3 lots in a subdivision and will be finishing up on the 1st house.

By the time we were finished we had redone most of the house.
