Determine rehab costs

Hello everyone,

I’ve found a property that I’m interested in. Seller is saying that nothing is wrong with the roof, new electrical but it does need the wiring finished, new plumbing and cosmetic. How do you determine the cost or estimate costs of a full rehab? New investor needing help!!!
