Hello BP,
My name is Luis. I am new to real estate. I am currently a VP at a manufacturing company that casts parts out of aluminum for some of the biggest automotive, trucking, aerospace, and defense companies in the world. I am hoping that my business experience helps me achieve my real estate investing goals.
I currently have 3 rental properties that I manage myself. I love learning and most importantly.. I love helping others achieve their goals.
I am originally from Mexico. Growing up poor in a house with no windows and dirt floors, I know how blessed and fortunate I am to have the opportunity to chase my dreams in this great country! I hope to one day learn enough to be able to teach others how to become financially free.
My Short Term Goals 1-2 years:
1. Purchase a 3 or 4 bedroom home in the city to house hack.
2. Obtain PM license and start my own PM company.
3. Kick off my own YouTube channel and share my experience as I start learning more about real estate. Other topics too.
4. Network and attend real estate conferences.
My Long Term Goals 3-5 Years:
1. Purchase a multi-family complex on my own.
2. Have at least 6 single family home investment properties.
3. Raise funds from friends and family to invest in a multi-family complex.
4. Learn enough so I can provide free classes to low income and Spanish speaking communities on how to get into real estate investing.
It is a blessing to have so much resources on one website like BP.
I get overwhelmed sometimes because it feels like there is so much I don't know.. Although I know the learning journey is part of the fun!
I would love to network with Pro's and Newbies like myself.
Open to connect with anyone!
Thank you!
