You should be able to break even on mortgage payments.

Although i have positive equity and the value of the house went up I’m breaking even with no cash flow.

I’m unsure if changing out the filter is required even if next people don’t want to spend money on replacing the filters. 

I cant drive many house away to go to these things because im disabled and cannot even stay in hotels because of it.
