In other markets, such as NYC where I work in commercial real estate, many brokerages do not co-broke, so you would be better off going direct to the seller's agent, or cough up some extra cash to cover your agent's commission.

Coopetition is a thing around here, with wholesalers co-wholesaling for others, building a team, etc - buyers are not the problem in this market, DEALFLOW is, but the right team behind you can make it all worthwhile.Hope to meet up sometime - and Rob in my office offers free 30 min coaching sessions too, if you think that would help!

I would like to know if anyone would be interested in a type of co-wholesaling. in which I would find deals through direct marketing, mailers, ECT. and I would bring them to another wholesaler to complete the process.
