Schedule E Reporting

Hello,

I purchased a residential home to live-in.  I subsequently rented the property out after moving to a new home.  I reported this property on my Schedule E for 2015.

Recently a partner of mine, invested in this property and I added his name to the title.  We now co-own the property and split the passive income.

Would i be able to move this property off of my personal taxes into a partnership FORM 1065?
