I don't know if I should try and find a tenant and have them sign a 6-month lease until August 2022, OR Airbnb the property but I would need to purchase furniture, beds, kitchen things, etc...If you have any advice/experience as to if I should try to find a tenant for 6-months or Airbnb I would really appreciate it!
