So I've been looking at properties here and there for a God-awful longTime. Today while on realtor.com, I made the call. After figuring what would be a good deal in my head forwards and backwards. I stepped out on water and made the call. Today I'm having my credit ran, and working with a buyer's agent. I have to submit some documents wait for a phone call back and a bunch of different things.
