And don't talk too much and taint their assessments.The comment above has merit when they say that it's incredibly hard to find a deal that much below market (if your assessment is right) without being incredibly lucky, which does happen.

It say this Ohio revised code 5721.191 (B) "Public notice is hereby given that each parcel to be sold at public auction will be sold subject to all liens, and encumbrances with respect to taxes, assessment, charges, penalties, and interest for which the lien was foreclosed and in satisfaction of which the property is sold."

When this happens I then look at the tax assessed value and you can pretty much figure out that the accessed value is always about 10 to 15K less then the real value of the home.

The reason I push the groups function is when you look on a person's profile on Facebook, Facebook only shows 5 fan pages on a profile but at least a dozen groups pages.

@Dylan Katz My sister has rentals north of the DFW metroplex and she did this with just one of her dozens of units and went back the following weekend to discover the pipes gone and the outside AC unit stolen.
