What is the best markets in New Jersey to buy a multifamily home?
Hello, I am a first time home buyer and would like to find a great investment opportunity in a multifamily in New Jersey to start the BRrr Method and we are looking to use our FHA loan.

Do you need bus or train access to NYC? Do you have a commute? Are you familiar with any counties in NJ? Do you have a kid or kids? What things are important to you in the multi? Do you want a walkable to stuff area? NJ is the 47th largest state, but it's still big to assess as a whole.
