In my opinion, AI will take over most of the time-consuming tasks that are required of professionals in most career fields, leaving the more human-facing aspects to the people to handle.

If you don't do the homework, you will give them the impression you may not be up to the task of doing the homework with real estate investing.

Like or dislike of an inspector is irrelevant to the task at hand (i.e., getting approvals).  

Simple tasks are being misunderstood and/or done wrong.

Landlording residential property is no easy task, and the time you need to put in needs to be considered.

You should also give the same "training task" to 5-10 VAs and see who does the "best".Then narrow it down to 3 and give them another task. 

I made the inquiry because I had not so great experience with a few title companies in terms of time management and when I asked, some of them were not willing to do certain tasks such as same day double closings.
