Business is about systems.

One of my favorite books is E-myths. The book preaches “working on your business not in your business.

One of the most tedious low value parts of real estate investing is skip tracing which is the act of researching the apartment owners contract info.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to outsource skip tracing through a virtual assistant overseas through fiverr. I’ll be using lastpass.com to mange my passwords. I’ll be using hubstaff to monitor the virtual assistant is actually working during work hours.

I’ll keep you guys posted.
