I have a tenant who I am trying to work with to get some back rent before I boot them out, I have a feeling they are moving and going to screw me anyways but in one of their pictures on Facebook of them selling a piece of furniture I see a chair from my storage room in the building in their apartment, can I enter and take my property back or do I need to call the police?

If you wanted to (and assuming you have e enough) you could always play around with equity....but I'd keep it.Home prices tanking was a fluke and doesn't follow traditional trends of a recession.

They can advise you about the correct legal action.Now if you don't want to follow the exact rules you can do the following. 1) get a storage unit 2) move all of the tenants stuff into that unit 3) re-rent your unit.
