Death of tenant in Colorado

We recently had a tenant pass away (not in the unit) who has no family in the state. We are unable to reach a relative. Can someone point me in the direction of what happens to his personal belongings? I have searched the internet over and cannot find anything on our state. We are in Colorado. Tenant was also late on rent.

@Bill S. It really amazes me when people post questions like this that are specific to their area on an online forum to get advice from strangers instead of going to their attorney.
