The next day it broke again we delivered multiple electric heaters, and scheduled an inspection from an HVAC guy.  

During my time I have tried to learn Electrical installations on my own and I did start a Trade School course, but, gave up to be a Welder in the Oil Field.

I got two quotes for renovations, and I'm going to go with Finishing Touches.The renovations are going to cost ~30k, and include a new roof, upgraded electrical system, adding a shower to the master powder room (which requires some reconfiguration to the room next door), new counters, paint, flooring throughout.   

With that being said I need to know if anyone knows of any contractors in the Gwinnett County area that can do electric, drywall, bathroom remodel, and flooring.

Most of the electrical and plumbing I handle with my crew and then I have a couple other electricians for disconnects and panel box work.My interest is in talking with you first to see if it is a good fit and then possibly using my planning time and my crew for your work.My father leads my crew and he has a lifetime of experience in all aspects of building.

I get notified if the gas or electric is being shut off.

If I could find a solution I could focus my energy and time on buying houses.P.S.

Electric,Plumbing and HVAC i wont touch.

It is an older home built around the 1950s and is need of updates new kitchen baths paint flooring possible electric and plumbing issues.

However to significantly upgrade, I would have to install an air conditioning system with ducts, etc, new stainless appliances, fancier cabinets, upgraded flooring, electrical items, etc.
