Finding owner carry buyers and collections

 If there is a part of the business that I wish I could hire out it is:

1. Collections

2. Finding buyers after I have a house for sell since I owner finance a lot of my houses.

I already know how to find buyers so I not looking for someone to explain, I just stop buying while I'm selling to some degree. There are a couple of folks that say they do this, but they want to price my property to low, take most of the down payment, or both.

If I could find a solution I could focus my energy and time on buying houses.

P.S. I'm not a novice so if you haven't done 20+ deals yourself, please don't just repeat what you read or heard somewhere.
