I am wondering how you guys and girls go about protecting yourself in this situation to make sure you don't wind up buying a house with a ton of liens?

I thought it broke even or even had a little loss but my accountant said I made $5k last year after all expenses which surprised me.     

I joined BP to learn more about the MF space to grow my RE knowledge and business to create generational wealth for my two girls.

I did it in my twenties when I was broke and it was perfect for me.

I did notice the last 2-3 years it seems that Huntsville has really pulled away as the median sales price broke $300k.
