My name is Jessica Eccles, and I reside in Aurora, CO but from the S. VA / NC area. I joined BP to learn more about the MF space to grow my RE knowledge and business to create generational wealth for my two girls. I want to give back to my hometown community by building a Youth Center where kids can learn about personal finances, business, and real estate investing.

My goal is to secure the first small MF within the next 90-days and scale to commercial MF. I want to contribute to the community by being a positive and supportive cheerleader as we all go through this process and learn together. I can also share any knowledge I have learned through another program related to commercial MF.
