In Nevada, property taxes DO NOT reassess on the sale.  

My wife has 14 contracts going / started in the last 3 to 4 weeks.. for a cool 10,500,000 in sales volume.. on top of 6 sales for another 4.5 million and then  3 other sales of homes to buy our homes that total about 2 mil.

I am wondering if there is any red flag.

@Chuck Masters The Documentary Stamp fee is $0.70 per $100 (0.7%, not 7%) and it is on the Sale price, not the mtg since you can’t transfer the mtg to the llc (mtg assignments/recordings are $0.35/$100).

What's with all these "Multi-Family" properties on the MLS, but then you click on it and it's just one side for sale.

The value of the lot is somewhere around $350,000 and for the sake of simplicity let's say I profit $200,000 from the sale.
