Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $519,995
Cash invested: $519,995
Sale price: $610,000

My plan was to invest in a new construction 3 bed, 2 bath house and rent it. I had advertised the house to rent and when potential renters toured the house they loved the house I asked if I would sell it. I did sell it to them because the house was 2 hours from my home and I reinvested using a 1031 exchange to purchase a new construction villa that is only 8 minutes from my home in Naples Florida.
