@Aline Zamora hey,1 duplex is in Grand Park 2888 sqf, 1444 sqf each unit witch consist of 4bed and 3 bath, they both on the market now for $3000 each.The 2nd one is in Reynoldstown 3300 sqfTotal or 1650 sqf each unit and after rehab rental price will be about the same $3000 rach unit not less than $2800.Each unit consist of 3 beds and 2 1/2 baths.

Currently: 1 Master bed, 1 small room w/ VERY small closet and a small bathroom (7.5'x 4'8") in this unit.OR - 1 Master bed, LARGE bathroom and small walk in closetBasically, if I were to live there I would prefer to knock the wall out between the small bathroom and small bedroom (in back of the house) and have an overall larger bathroom and walk in closet.

There has been a lot of traffic and sales on homes that are around 530-550k but they are 1200 less Sqft than ours and 1-2 less bed/bath.

But to be specific it was new interior trim throughout, cabinets and concrete counters in kitchen and bakers pantry, light fixtures everywhere but bedrooms, flooring throughout entire house, interior paint, complete bathroom remodels, exterior paint, roof, some flower bed stuff out front.
