Registering my car in MD has been a nightmare, had to remove the tints that Nissan Texas installed because they were "illegal" here and would not pass inspection, and the list goes on.

I've known a few people who had to do this and in the poconos (cheaper labor costs) it runs about $15-20K for full replacement (remove old, add new system, plumbing, permits, use of heavy equipment, etc). 

The idea sucks, the system sucks, the application sucks, the yelling sucks, the  "remove me from your damn list" sucksEverything about it sucks!

We have had to remove several solicitations in this thread already. 

I dry their houses out or remove mold damaged and fire damaged materials, then we work together to restore their homes to almost brand new.

The issue many people have with turnkey is that forcing appreciation and selling quickly for a profit has been removed.

You can't separate out the removal of the old / labor cost just because it has no benefit moving forward- that's not on par with IRS guidelines. 

I served another "cure-or-quit" notice -- BUT let him away with a warning (instead of fine) and promise to remove dog within 7 days.

It’s hard to believe someone would try to get a million or even billion dollar loan knowing they can’t float it, but one just has to look back at the housing bubble and all them subprime borrowers who bororrowed money without a 2nd thought the minute someone removed a few rules.

I removed all of the dead growth.
