Once I finally figured out to focus my time and energy on where my passion was, the rest was history. 

PLEASE keep this in mind ALL you newbies out there... not because you get a system and the videos are quality, and there are 40000 hours of course material, and all the explanations are so clearly presented and bla bla bla, does it mean that WHAT THEY ARE TEACHING YOU IS CORRECT.In order for any mentor, or course to be good... several things need to come to play.The teaching procedure needs to be effective, sure, but if they teach you a strategy how to get motivated seller leads that doesn't work, it doesn't matter how effectively they teach how to drive for dollars, when driving for dollars don't get you reliable leads right?

Here are some books I recommend for that:- The Greatest Salesman in the World - OG Mandino- Secrets of the Millionaire Mind - T Harv Eker- The Compound Effect - Darren Hardy I would also subscribe to wholesalers on YouTube that are making videos post pandemic (things have changed a lot in the last 2 years).As far as marketing goes it all depends on your budget.

They see my video on Youtube, then Instagram, then they see my ad again on Facebook (one of many different ones), then when they go to CNN, netflix, any main stream websites they see my display ads following them all over, then they follow me on YouTube, they join my Facebook group where I help everyone for free... and then this happens..So now one person rallies everyone in the group.

RE is one of my passions, so getting to go to a event where we get to talk about it the whole time is a blast.

In the same vein, that option is plan "Z" if there's ever a divorce.Currently, I'm studying/researching/reading and basically going through every blog/forum/video and taking notes.

Doubtful you will be able to get inside, but take a video, stating date & address at beginning, and narrate your thoughts as you video the exterior.Hookup with several property managers and as part of interviewing them, ask them to give you a tour of other properties the manage that happen to be vacant.
