Jay,   I had spoken to several zoning officials and planning mangers in waterbury Ct about creating a self storage facility and there was tremendous push back.

With Wall Street they are all "up there" and shrouded behind a lot of very official, fancy tech and communication. 

I'm taking care of government officials and marketing/ big picture, along with filling the park.

That's what I intuitively thought but couldn't find any official information from my custodian (for obvious reasons :).
